Bible Training
God uses Transformation (bible training) in local churches to train ministers in France since 1989.
Pastor Jean-Paul Engler, founder of the bible school in the French language, leads the teaching.
The sole objective is to strengthen local churches and help the pastors who desire that their church progresses
in excellence.
As part of bible training, each believer is invited to follow a training course on the basics of Christian life and service through the course Trans Formation.
We make high quality training programs available to local churches, allowing the students, as they follow the course, to remain in their homes with their families, continue their professional activities, and assume their responsibilities in their local churches.
A quality biblical, theological, and practical education is therefore accessible to all who desire to progress in service to God.
The course led by Pastor Jean-Paul Engler are viewed on DVD by the students inside the local church building, under the responsibility of the local pastor. It is therefore important that he understands well the work of bible training within his church.
These courses are a tool in the hand of the local pastor in order to raise up workers having an authentic vision of the church, its ministries, and everything involved in the practical service of the church.
The purposes of these courses are to make discipleship training available to local churches, and to help them accomplish their own vision.
Afterwards, they can put someone in charge of the work of discipleship training.

In your region, a school can be opened from the time :
- The pastor is in collaboration with the work.
- 7 students gather together (with the possibility of several local churches working together in order to have the required number of students required).
- You have a DVD reader available.
- You are committed to following the course for one school year.
The church ELIM of Yvetot is the school center for the Trans Formation schools in France, as the secretary is part of the church body, and the Pastor Gilles LESIEUR is responsible for the French schools. He has had this responsibility from the time Jean-Paul Engler left for the United Sates, where he remains the International Director of the schools.
